Politique de résiliation

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. I collect full payment at checkout, and do not store your payment method.

You can cancel a pre-paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Contact me and request cancellation before a shipping label has been produced for the order. Once a shipping label has been produced and/or the item has been shipped, a pre-paid pre-order cannot be cancelled.
