Chocolate Cake Mix

Grab an electric beater for this one – you need to beat in some air! Beat mix with an egg, milk (dairy or plant-based), oil and vanilla. Then gently stir in boiling water. Batter is thin – don’t stress; it’s supposed to be! Pour into an 8” cake pan or Square Steamer - and microwave or bake.
