As with the Seafood Alfredo recipe, I made this with unsweetened plain oat milk and it was great. Being lactose intolerant, however, I still needed to take my generic Lactaid pills because there are dairy ingredients in the sauce mix.
The original recipe is on the Epicure website here, but, again, it's pretty simple. Cook pasta. Add sauce mix and your choice of milk or non-dairy beverage. Add in vegetables of your choice, a topping like green onions if you like, and serve.
