I made this with unsweetened plain oat milk and it was delicious. Being lactose intolerant, however, I still needed to take my generic Lactaid pills.
The complete recipe is on the Epicure website here, but it's pretty simple. Cook pasta. Cook sauce. Cook seafood and combine with sauce and pasta. Serve and enjoy.
