Epicure Selections original souvlaki seasoning blend is perfect for lamb, chicken or pork souvlaki to be enjoyed year round. Cook 450g (1 lb.) cubed meat with 2 sliced bell peppes and 2 tablespoons each of seasoning, olive oil and lemon juice. Skewer and grill indoors or outside.
