Chimichurri Mayo

Flavoured mayonnaises are all the rage these days - Sriracha Mayo, Pickle Mayo, Mango Habanero Mayo - and this is a healthier, clean-plate version made with Epicure Chimichurri Sauce Mix.

  • approximately 1 cup prepared mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Combine sauce mix with water and vinegar. Let stand 5 min. Stir in olive oil.
  2. Combine ¼ cup of prepared sauce with mayonnaise. Whisk until smooth and combined. Store remaining prepared Chimichurri Sauce in a sealed container, and serve over steak and other seared meats.
