Prep Tips: 

1. Follow the recipe on the pack for stew. Chicken thighs have the best flavour.  
2. Make with wine, dealcoholized wine or swap in chicken broth. For a milder flavour (and more wine to drink at dinner!) use half each wine and broth.  
3. Shave cost and make with bone-in chicken instead of boneless – just add on extra simmering time so it cooks through.  
4. Love a creamy stew? Swap wine for half broth and cream.  
5. Use dry blend as a bouillon to make chicken noodle soup or blend into burgers, meatloaf or any recipe that calls for ground meat.  
6. The blend is very thyme-forward making it a great seasoning for roasted root veggies, like carrots, parsnips and potatoes.
