1. Season vegetables or rub on corn before grilling
2. Use dry rub for food that cooks quickly at high temperatures - smaller cuts will develop a flavorful crust
3. Make a wet rub for thicker cuts and bone in pieces, they draw moisture in from the rub, while chatting the outside
4. Add to burgers: combine 2 tbsp blend with 1 lb ground turkey. Shape into patties and grill.
