Classic Mediterranean ingredients, olives, capers and anchovies, are combined to make this flavourful dip. Choose whether you prefer a rough or smooth textured finish and serve with bread and crudité for dipping. In a food processor, blitz 2 cups pitted olives with 1/2 cup olive oil and 2 tbsp Epicure Tapenade Seasoning. Serve at room temperature.
