Prep tips: 

1. Just add hot water, a nugget of butter and frozen peas, broccoli florets or chopped asparagus at the end 
2. The longer the risotto stands after microwaving, the thicker the consistency will be 
3. Top risotto with Parmesan cheese 
4. Can be prepared ahead of time. Cover and refrigerate in your Steamer. Reheat in the microwave before enjoying.
