GO! Quick Biscuits

These easy homemade onion garlic biscuits bake up golden, tender, and packed with savoury flavour. Perfect as a side for soup, chili, pasta, or as a warm snack with butter, they combine two amazing clean-eating, gluten-free products: Epicure Quick Biscuit Mix and A Spice Affair GO! Garlic & Onion Seasoning.

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Coat a baking sheet with vegetable oil spray or line with parchment paper. 
  2. In a small bowl, whisk egg with milk. Set aside.
  3. Cube butter; place in a large bowl with Quick Biscuit mix.
  4. Mix in Go! Garlic & Onion Seasoning.
  5. Using a fork or a pastry blender, cut butter until it’s the size of small peas.
  6. Add egg mixture and stir until evenly moistened.
  7. Scoop dough into 8 mounds, about 1/4 cup each. Place on pan and bake until golden-brown, 17–20 min.
