Fruit Cobbler Mix
Combine 1 tbsp gluten-free Epicure Fruit Cobbler Mix with canned or fresh fruit. Add remaining mix to 1/4 cup cold, cubed butter, cut the butter into the mix until it is pea-sized. Add egg, milk. Stir until evenly moistened, then scoop two-tablespoon portions of the dough on top of the fruit and bake.
Ingredients: Organic cane sugar, rice flour, gluten-free oat flour, cornstarch, modified food starch, baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon.
