In true Canadian style, this sweet and sticky maple blend is totally nice. Every summer, it's an Epicure fan fave and easily the talk of every backyard BBQ and get-together!  

  1. Use Oh Canada Dry Glaze on chicken, ribs, fish, or chops before grilling.  
  2. Season ground beef, chicken, pork, or lamb.  
  3. Combine 2 Tbsp dry glaze and 1 Tbsp oil per 1 lb (450 g) of protein. Massage to coat. Let stand for 10 min. Grill or pan-fry over medium-low heat. 
  4. Stir-fry 4 cups veggies & protein with 1 Tbsp each dry glaze & oil. 
  5. Stir 1 Tbsp dry glaze in ½ cup honey mustard. 
  6. 1 jar glazes 6 lbs (2.72 kg) of meat.
