Turkey Gravy
Prepare a tasty gravy for your Thanksgiving feast. Begin by whisking together 1.5 tablespoons of roasted flour and 1.5 to 3 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan. As the butter melts, stir 1 tablespoon of me into 1 cup (8 oz) of hot water and add it to the saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer until the gravy thickens, filling your home with delicious, savory fragrances.
